We are a small team that is passionate about what we do. We pay close attention to detail, and we value every aspect of each project. Locations, designs, materials used, outsourced associates, our employees, and our customers \u2014 they are all equally important. We understand that each project has its own unique character, and treat each one as if it is the only one that exists. We view each project as our personal masterpiece. We seek to save when it is wise, but never at the expense of compromising the quality of our work. Our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction, so we do everything possible to ensure our clients are pleased with the outcome.

Our CEO is a construction engineer, and construction industry is his greatest passion. \u00a0He has over 30 years of leadership experience in construction management that include 20 years in civil engineering. \u00a0In the past two decades, he has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from small to mid-size apartment buildings in Zagreb to luxurious villas on the Adriatic Sea. We have decided to renovate and rent out two of our projects completed in June 2024 and June 2025. Our Story<\/h4>

People often favorably comment on our company\u2019s unique name, and there is a story behind it.

Our CEO, the company\u2019s owner, is Goran Suton.  In the Croatian language, the word \u201csuton\u201d means \u201ctwilight.\u201d  A few years ago, we completed a project we called \u201cSuton u Zatonu.\u201d  That translates in English to \u201ctwilight in Zaton.\u201d  If you\u2019ve ever seen a twilight in Zaton, it\u2019s breathtaking.  That\u2019s a perfect word to describe the type of work our company does.

After that project, Goran decided to start a company and didn\u2019t know what to name it.  He jokingly said, Suton na bregu (\u201ctwilight on a hill\u201d), and people loved the name.  It evokes an image that encapsulates the beauty of our finished products.
