We are in the rental business. We have a comfortable house for 10 people with an indoor pool in continental Croatia and a luxury house for 12 people on the coast. As a company, we are the investor – we finance our own projects.  We are also a building developer – we do the construction with our own employees and the associates that have been with us for many years.  Depending on our client’s needs and wishes, we also do a variety of customized renovations, new construction, and other projects. We are here to help you build your dream!
